Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized NES personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Lead and contact data is retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting office@essential-services.org.
